ASUS realized everyone hated Armoury Crate, so they built **Armoury Crate Gear**.

How it works

Instead of one giant app, you download a specific tool for your specific device (e.g., "Rog Harpe Ace Gear").

Why it's better

It has **no** "News" tab, no "Store," and no Aura Sync system-wide bloat. It just configures the mouse and closes.

Compatibility Warning

If you have an older ASUS mouse, you might still be forced to use the full Armoury Crate. Check the support page for your specific mouse model to see if a "Gear" version exists.
