Drop bank or credit-card statement CSVs, map the columns, categorize transactions, summarize cashflow, flag duplicates, and export clean finance reports.
Upload one or more CSV exports with a header row. The analyzer combines rows, detects date/description/amount columns, and keeps all processing local.
Everything runs in your browser. Statement contents are not uploaded.
A bank statement analyzer turns raw transaction exports into a usable spending and cashflow report. Instead of opening several CSVs in a spreadsheet, manually finding the amount column, guessing categories, and building pivot tables, this tool maps the important fields, normalizes merchants, applies category rules, and creates summaries instantly. It is designed for monthly budgeting, small-business bookkeeping prep, tax review, and quick checks before importing transactions into another system. Files are read locally in your browser, so statement data stays on your device.
Download checking, savings, or credit-card statements as CSV files with a header row.
The tool reads each file locally, combines the rows, and guesses the date, description, amount, debit, credit, balance, and category columns.
If your bank uses different labels, choose the correct columns from the mapping controls. Use debit and credit when your export splits money out and money in.
Add custom keyword rules, check category spending, monthly cashflow, top merchants, large transactions, and possible duplicates.
Download the categorized transaction CSV, monthly summary, or category summary for spreadsheets, budgeting, taxes, or bookkeeping.
For each CSV: parse header row and transaction rows merge columns by normalized header name infer date, description, amount, debit, credit, balance For each transaction: amount = amount_column OR credit - abs(debit) merchant = cleaned description category = custom keyword rule, then built-in rule, then fallback Summaries: monthly net = income - spending category spending share = category spending / total spending
Bank exports vary by institution, so the analyzer keeps mapping editable. A single amount column is used directly; split debit and credit columns are converted into signed cashflow. Custom rules run first so you can make the output match your own budget or bookkeeping categories.
