Arreglar un Cursor de Mouse que No se Mueve

A stuck cursor often points to a dirty sensor, bad surface or power issue. Use these cross-platform steps to get movement back.

Windows

  1. Wipe the sensor and mouse feet with a lint-free cloth.
  2. Try a different mouse pad or sheet of paper.
  3. Replace batteries or reseat the USB cable/dongle.
  4. Press Win+XDevice Manager and update the mouse driver.

macOS

  1. Clean the sensor opening and use a contrasting surface.
  2. Toggle the power switch or reconnect the mouse via Bluetooth.
  3. Check System Settings → Bluetooth for battery status.
  4. Install the latest macOS updates and reboot.

🐧 Linux

  1. Inspect and clean the sensor and surface.
